A. ORIND FAR EAST LTD (OFEL), SINGAPORE

• OFEL entered into a JV for manufacturing with a modern state-of-the-art Chinese Refractory Manufacturer, DASHIQIAO GUANCHENG REFRACTORY CO LTD.

• We can supply upto 100,000 MT of Refractory per annum.

B. Shashwat International Ltd, India (Orind Group Company - Ravin Jhunjhunwala Enterprise)

(Under the Management of Shashwat International Limited (SIL), an RJ Group Enterprise)

Orind West Coast

• Greenfield project undertaken by SIL at Bhuj, Gujarat in 2005 with an investment of approximately US $ 20 million.

• Projected total capacity of 77,000 MT p.a. shaped and 23,000 MT p.a unshaped refractories.

• One of the most modern facilities in the Indian Refractory Industry.

Orind Orissa

• The first Industry and also ORIND plant, ORIND Orissa incorporated in 1942.

Orind Bengal (OB)

• The third of the expansion plan, acquired from Birla Group in 2004.

• Largest facility for Fireclay Insulation and Checker Bricks.

• Currently poised to generate 40,000 MT p.a. of shaped refractories and 10,000 MT p.a. of unshaped refractories.

ORIND Tamil Nadu (OTN)

• Incorporated in 2006.
• Located in Salem, Tamil Nadu, it produces high quality monolithic for the domestic market.
• Currently poised to generate 12,000 MT p.a.

C. ORIND USA Inc.

• Incorporated in January 1998, it serves as the headquarters for ORIND's North American business activities.

• Located in the Pittsburgh area, it produces high quality monolithics for the domestic market.
